Lynn is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and is additionally trained and registered with the Internal Family Systems (IFS) Institute. She works with adults and youth and is currently accepting individual
clients.
Lynn offers both in-person and virtual counselling sessions on Tuesday and Friday afternoons. Her areas of practice include anxiety, trauma, addictions, intrusive thoughts, assertiveness, relationship and parenting challenges, and experiences of spiritual emergence, crisis, or profound aloneness. She is trauma informed and experienced supporting first responders and those who have experienced childhood and situational
trauma.
Lynn’s approach to therapy is integrative and collaborative. She takes time to get to know you, your story, and what matters most to you, and together you will shape a therapeutic approach that feels supportive and meaningful. While her work is often informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), she values the flexibility and responsiveness of an integrative practice. As your needs change and healing unfolds, the therapeutic approach can naturally evolve alongside you.
Lynn does not follow rigid formulas or impose timelines. Therapy is not something to be rushed or forced. Instead, she aims to meet you where you are, move at your pace, and offer a steady, compassionate presence guided by both training and intuition. Her hope is to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and supported as you reconnect with your own inner wisdom and capacity for change.
