Brittany is a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and valued. She currently works with adults and in an individual capacity for one-on-one appointments.

Education
Brittany began her academic journey with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Honors Program, from Trent University and then went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
Brittany's Approach
With a special focus on trauma and PTSD, she utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to help clients process and heal from painful or overwhelming memories. EMDR is a powerful, evidence-based method that promotes deep emotional healing and resolution.
She also specializes in anger management, guiding clients toward healthier ways to understand, express, and regulate their emotions.
Beyond trauma, Brittany supports individuals facing a broad range of concerns—including anxiety, grief (including the profound loss of a pet), self-esteem challenges, stress management, relationship difficulties, depression, and mood disorders. Her goal is to tailor therapy to your unique needs by drawing on a diverse range of evidence-based approaches that help you build resilience, insight, and practical coping skills.
