About Willow Path Therapy

Located in Belleville, Ontario, we offer both virtual and in-person support. Not in the Belleville area? No worries! We're actively seeking virtual practitioners who live and work anywhere in Ontario. Our clinic is dedicated to empowering our clinicians to do what they do best: changing lives by offering high-quality support services. We handle all the business administration, allowing you to focus on your clients.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking clinicians who can commit to 2-5 clinical days per week, seeing 4-6 clients per day. We have a need for daytime, evening, and weekend availability.

Ideal applicants will have an interest in one of the following:

- Registered Therapists (registered social worker or registered psychotherapy)

- Psychologists (clinical psychologist or associate clinicial psychologist)

- Massage therapists

- Naturopathic Doctors

- Physiotherapists

- Breathwork and Mindfulness instructors

- Yoga therapy (YYT)

- Other complimentary and collaborative professions!

We especially encourage clinicians with specializations in:

Relationship/couples therapy
Anxiety
Working with active military or veterans
Psychological assessments
Registered Massage Therapy
Experience with active military or veterans
Naturopathy
Physiotherapy
Sex/sexuality therapy

High-End Compensation: While compensation is fee-split, our client fees are typically on the higher end due to the specialized services we offer. This means your compensation is proportionately higher, reflecting the value of your expertise.
Hassle-Free Billing: Say goodbye to administrative headaches! We take care of all the billing, invoicing, accounting, finances, and bookkeeping. You'll receive your monthly payment directly, allowing you to focus entirely on your clients and their well-being.

Join a practice where your focus is on therapy, not administration, and your dedication is truly valued and well-compensated. Rates are set at 60-80% in favour of clinicians, depending on experience, qualification, and contract agreement.

All client inquiries are expertly screened by our talented Intake Coordinator.
Our Intake Coordinator will work directly with you to find the clients best suited to your talents and ensure your schedule remains consistently full.
There's no need to worry about screening clients or playing endless email/phone tag to book intakes.

Your only responsibility is to show up and provide exceptional care to your clients. We handle the rest.
