Breanna has extensive experience working with children through adulthood. Currently, she is taking on adult clients for one-on-one therapy.
Her areas of expertise include grief and loss, Cognitive Processing Therapy, CBT, pre and post natal mental wellness, ADHD throughout the lifespan, depression, anxiety, and a variety of areas of trauma.Sessions are tailored to the clients needs because she truly believes there is no “one size fits all” type of therapy.
